(REXBURG) – The Rexburg Police Department is benefiting from the efforts of a local Eagle Scout. KPVI reports that Mason Norton, a freshman at Madison High School, built a display for the department’s police patch collection. Authorities say that with 62 police departments in the state, it’s a fun way to show the unity of law enforcement. Mason says all the hard work was worth it, hopes it will help him get out of a few speeding tickets in the future.
