Sentencing Delayed in Officer-Involved Shooting

(IDAHO FALLS) – Sentencing has been delayed in a case involving an Idaho Falls man who was involved in a shootout with police last fall. Local News 8 reports that 31-year-old Scott Parker faces four felony charges for the October incident, but his attorney says Parker might be eligible for veteran’s benefits which may affect sentencing. Parker will be back in court June 18.
