Oklahoma City received 28 points from guard Russell Westbrook as the Thunder beat the Los Angeles Lakers 106-90, giving them a 4-1 series victory.

Westbrook said last years playoff experience helped the Thunder gain momentum.

“It was a big help man,” Westbrook said. “We’ve been through so many different situations…different times. We were down, lost a few in a row, won a few in a row…close games….blow outs. So it helped us to get to where we are now. We’re back to where we were last year and know we need to make the next jump.”

In order for the Thunder to make that jump, they will have to beat the top-seeded San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs are 8-0 in this years playoffs.

Game one is Sunday in San Antonio at 8:30 PM ET.
