BLM Creating Travel Plan For Deep Creek, Curlew

(ARBON VALLEY) – The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public input on what do with 360,000 acres of land in the Deep Creek and Curlew areas. KIDK reports that the BLM currently doesn’t have a travel plan for the area, meaning that people can ride, drive, or walk just about anywhere. They say changes are coming and are asking if people want specific mountain biking trails, horse-riding trails, or hiking trails. Those interested can submit public comments to the Pocatello field office through August 1.
