Fox Announces Date of Britney Spears’, Demi Lovato’s “X Factor” Debut

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) — The X Factor’s new judges’ panel will make its TV debut on Wednesday, Sept. 12.
Fox announced on Monday that season two of Simon Cowell’s singing competition will begin on that date. He will be joined at the judges’ table by the returning L.A. Reid, plus newcomers Britney Spears and Demi Lovato.
The X Factor’s season premiere will continue on Thursday, Sept. 13, followed by the fourth-season debut of Glee.
Fox’s new drama The Mob Doctor opens its first season on Monday, Sept. 17, and the comedies Ben and Kate and The Mindy Project both premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
