Joey Logano Wins Nationwide Series Race at Dover

Patrick McDermott/Getty Images for NASCAR)(DOVER, Del.) — It was a great day for Joe Gibbs Racing on Saturday at Dover International Speedway. Joey Logano took home the checkered flag after he beat teammate Ryan Truex who finished in second.
“It’s been four five years we’ve been running here, always been fast, always been leading laps and never been able to bring home the trophy,” Logano said. “I think it’s the coolest trophy you can win here, it’s awesome to finally get it.”
But Truex wasn’t as happy with his finish.
“I’m not happy,” Truex said. “It’s second and I should be happy with it, but we had a winning car.”
Rounding out the top three was Brian Scott who made it a 1-2-3 finish for Joe Gibbs Racing.
