Prosecutor Asks For State Help With BMH

(BLACKFOOT) – Bingham County Prosecutor Scott Andrew is requesting help from the Idaho Attorney General’s Office as to whether the county should file formal charges against Bingham Memorial Hospital. An ongoing investigation focusing on a former employee could lead to possible criminal charges being filed. Andrew says he is asking for state assistance to avoid a potential conflict of interest.
