A SWAT Standoff Leads to an Arrest

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — A man wanted on felony theft charges out of Montana was arrested in Bonneville County Saturday morning. Kevin Hurley was staying at his parents’ house about three miles south of Idaho Falls when he engaged in a standoff with police. A SWAT team was eventually called out, with Hurley surrendering a short time later. Hurley is being held in the Bonneville County jail on a $60,500 bond.
