Convicted Felon Back After Deportation

(JACKSON, Wyo.) – A convicted felon deported back to Mexico was arrested in Jackson Wednesday after re-entering the country illegally. 25-year-old Ramiro Lopez-Montiel was convicted in 2010 for assault with a deadly weapon, and received a suspended sentence before being turned over to immigration officials. Officials say Lopez came back to the U.S. using a different name and fake identification papers.
