Idaho Man Wins $888,000 in Discrimination Lawsuit

(TWIN FALLS) – An Idaho man has been awarded nearly $888,000 after winning a discrimination lawsuit. Ricky Garcia began working at PSI Environmental Systems in Twin Falls seven years ago, and was allegedly paid less than his Caucasian coworkers because he is Hispanic. Garcia argued that his fellow white coworkers were often less experienced and were given hefty signing bonuses in addition to having higher wages.
