The report says Jermaine, Randy, Tito, Rebbie and Janet Jackson sent a letter to executors John Branca and John McClain, demanding their resignation.  The letter states that after Michael passed away, Branca told family matriarch Katherine Jackson, “I am Michael Jackson now.”

According to the X17online report, the letter accuses Branca and McClain of knowing Michael’s signature on his will is fraudulent.  The Jacksons claim Michael was not in California when the will was signed on July 7, 2002.  The siblings say they have evidence to support their claims.

Michael Jackson’s estate responded to the family letter with a statement provided to ABC News, saying any doubts about the validity of the singer’s will and his choice of executors have been “thoroughly and completely debunked.” The estate says a challenge to Michael’s will was rejected by several California courts, including the state’s Supreme Court.

The statement goes on to say the executors have diligently carried out their duties to “make sure that [Michael’s] estate benefits the only family members he named in his will — his mother and his three children.”

The estate statement continues, “We are saddened that false and defamatory accusations grounded in stale Internet conspiracy theories are now being made by certain members of Michael’s family whom he chose to leave out of his will.”

“We are especially disheartened that they come at a time when remarkable progress has been made to secure the financial future of his children by turning around the Estate’s finances as well as during a time when so many of Michael’s fans, old and new, are enjoying his artistry through exciting new projects,” the statement concludes.
