Mitt Romney’s Vacation Includes Meeting With Senior Advisers
Published at(WOLFEBORO, N.H.) — Mitt Romney, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, had a lakeside meeting with some of his most senior staff Tuesday at around 1 p.m. Romney and his wife Ann were spotted meeting on their porch with campaign manager Matt Rhoades, senior adviser Stuart Steves and Beth Myers, who is charged with helping choose a vice presidential candidate.
Speculation is swirling as to whether a potential running mate might meet with Romney during his week-long vacation. So far, none of those assumed to be on the shortlist have emerged from Romney’s lakeside compound.
