A Hay Truck Blocks I-86

(AMERICAN FALLS, ID) — An accident involving a hay truck slowed traffic along I-86 east of American Falls for nearly three hours Monday. Idaho State Police say Gerardo Rincon of Ririe was traveling westbound when one of the truck’s tires went flat. Rincon lost control and crashed into the guardrail, crossed the median into oncoming traffic and into another guardrail. The accident occurred at the Seagull Bay exit east of American Falls. Rincon was uninjured.
