“Due to the unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series Ev and Ocho from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it,” the network said in a statement.

Viewers were set to get an inside look on the weeks leading up to their wedding, including Johnson’s unconventional wedding demands.

Lozada knew that marriage to Johnson wouldn’t be easy. In fact, she predicted their hardships when she spoke to ABC News Radio earlier this year.

“I don’t think you’re always going to see us so in love,” Lozada said. “We’re really in a real relationship just like anyone else.”

Fans got a taste of what Lozada meant when the two were seen talking about their open relationship on VH1’s Basketball Wives.

“It’s hard sometimes and I don’t know if I’m always going to make the right decision. I don’t know that he’s always going to make the right decision,” Lozada explained. Still, she felt her relationship was healthy and open, saying they both aim to “be honest with each other with whatever’s going on.”

VH1’s Ev & Ocho was scheduled to premiere Sept. 3 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.
