Dead Calf Found Mutilated in Bingham County

 

(BLACKFOOT) – A Bingham County cattle rancher is looking for answers after he found a calf dead and mutilated at his ranch near Bone. Local News 8 reports that the hide from the lower half of the animal was completely cut off, while its reproductive organs were surgically mutilated. Thompson says he’s had three other cattle shot over the summer, but he’s seen nothing like this. Law enforcement officials are calling it suspicious and unusual.
