Man Rescued After Fall in Hanging Canyon
Published at(JACKSON, WY) — A North Carolina man was rescued after falling 20 feet in a remote area of Grand Teton National Park Tuesday. 23-year-old Paul Danes slipped and fell near the mouth of Hanging Canyon , sustaining facial and lower leg injuries. After a nearly 2-hour ground evacuation, Danes was airlifted to St. John’s Medical Center in Jackson for treatment. Danes is working as a concession worker in Yellowstone over the summer.
