“The Hunger Games” Comes to DVD and Blu-ray

Lionsgate Films(NEW YORK) — One of the year’s biggest films, The Hunger Games, comes to DVD and Blu-ray Friday night at midnight.
The extras on the two-disc DVD set include a look at the Hunger Games phenomenon, a making-of documentary and a conversation with director Gary Ross.
The film — which stars Jennifer Lawrence as heroine Katniss Everdeen, who’s forced to fight for survival in a murderous competition known as the “Hunger Games” — earned more than $684 million at the global box office.
