Jason Luis Rivera, who was charged earlier in the day, entered the plea to charges of trespassing and resisting arrest, according to TMZ.com.  He was ordered to stay 500 yards away from the singer/actress.

Rivera is currently being held on $100,000 bail.  He’s due in court on Sept. 17.

Rivera reportedly was in possession of scissors at the time of the incident, and he told police he is secretly married to Cyrus.  She’s engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth.
