Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Sneak In a Honeymoon Before “Gossip Girl”

Eric Charbonneau/WireImage(NEW YORK) — Since their hush-hush wedding on Sept. 9 in Charleston, S.C., People magazine reports that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds managed to enjoy another low-key affair — a mini-honeymoon — before Blake reported back to work on Monday at Gossip Girl.
According to what a source told People about the wedding ceremony, the couple, “promised to support and love each other and to make each other laugh.” Days after the wedding, People magazine reports local residents saw Blake and Ryan smiling and shopping as they strolled through town.
The couple was sighted on Saturday as they dined at a secluded, garden-side table at Virginia’s Inn at Little Washington, the Washington Post reports. Blake was seen wearing dark skinny jeans, a cream-colored silk blouse, and gold sandals while Ryan wore a light blue shirt and khakis as the couple enjoyed a meal at celebrity chef Patrick O’Connell’s posh inn and eatery. Located about 90 minutes west of Washington D.C., meals at Virginia’s Inn can last up to ten courses, and exclusive guest cottages can rent for upwards of $2,450 a night.
After the petite vacay, Blake was spotted on Monday when she arrived back to the New York City set of Gossip Girl, People reports.
The sixth season of Gossip Girl premieres Oct. 8.
