Eva Longoria Confirms She’s Dating Jets QB Mark Sanchez

ABC/RON TOM(NEW YORK) — Eva Longoria has confirmed that she is dating New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez — but only after a little prodding from her friend, Extra host Mario Lopez.
During a segment on Thursday’s edition of Extra, Lopez asked the former Desperate Housewives star about a recent New York Post report that she was spotted with Sanchez.
After Longoria jokingly called Lopez an “a**hole,” she said, “Mark and I are, you know, fine. We’re happy just dating.”
Longoria, 37, has just completed filming the upcoming movies Long Time Gone and The Truth. She was previously linked to Penelope Cruz’s brother Eduardo Cruz earlier this year.
Sanchez, 25, played college football at the University of Southern California, and was drafted in the first round of the 2009 NFL Draft.
