Kelsey Grammer ‘Still at a Loss’ over Emmy Snub
Published at(NEW YORK) — The Emmy Awards are this Sunday, but Kelsey Grammer says he won’t be tuning in.
Though he won a Golden Globe for his performance as the sociopathic mayor of Chicago on the Starz series Boss, Grammer did not receive an Emmy nomination. He says he’s “still at a loss” for why he was snubbed, though he insists he doesn’t hold a grudge against the TV Academy.
Grammer recently suggested that he didn’t get a nod because liberal-leaning Hollywood was punishing him for being a conservative. However, he tells ABC News Radio, “I’ve since come to think that maybe [Boss] just hasn’t gotten out there enough, I don’t know.”
