(IDAHO FALLS) – A convicted sex offender found hiding in his neighbor’s attic Sunday afternoon is back on the streets. Idaho Falls Police found 33-year-old Floyd Gabriel Clayton in the attic following a domestic dispute on the 800 block of South Skyline. Clayton allegedly attacked a woman, who later fled, along with her 3-year-old daughter, to a nearby convenience store. Clayton then climbed into his neighbor’s attic through a wall. Clayton was released Monday without bond to pretrial services, a decision prosecutors were disappointed with. Clayton has since been placed under a no contact order.
