Zachary Quinto, Jonathan Groff Dating

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images(WASHINGTON) — It’s official. It’s love for Zachary Quinto and reported boyfriend Jonathan Groff.
The pair was spotted around Los Angeles recently and Quinto confirmed to Out magazine in their October issue that he is in a relationship with the Glee star.
“I’m incredibly happy, I’m incredibly lucky,” Quinto, 35, told the mag, without giving more details.
But he did open up about his dating past and how he struggled to find the right partner.
“I found myself in a pattern of being attracted to people who were somehow unavailable, and what I realized was that I was protecting myself because I equated the idea of connection and love with trauma and death,” he said. ”I had to do a lot of work on the couch to really get to a place where I was able to show up to a relationship with someone who was actually capable of being in one — and that took a lot of trial and error.”
The Star Trek star casually went public with his sexuality to New York magazine last October when he started a sentence with, “As a gay man…” The decision to go public was so last minute, he said, he didn’t even tell his publicist. He just knew it was the right time.
“I thought about it as coming out from behind the wall,” he told Out. “Walls now are only as high or as thick or as strong as we allow them to be.”
Quinto also opened up to Out about his support for President Obama and his desire to have kids one day.
