(POCATELLO) – Idaho State University Athletic Director Jeff Tingey has thus far declined to comment about an allegation of assault involving head football coach Mike Kramer and senior wide receiver Derek Graves. Tingey says the university will not speak frankly about the issue until a third-party investigation is complete. A video shows Kramer pushing Graves to the ground during a dispute in practice Oct. 3. Graves claims to have suffered a neck injury as a result. In an interview with ESPN that aired Wednesday, Graves said he is pursuing criminal charges against the coach.
