(WILSON, Wyo.) – An Oregon man was killed Sunday night when his brakes failed while descending the eastbound side of Teton Pass. 36-year-old Jay P. Winn was pulling a car crusher with his semi truck when the brakes went out on a 10 percent grade. Winn lost control as the truck approached a left-hand curve, causing him to go down an embankment and roll. Police say Winn was wearing a seat belt but died at the scene. The crash caused a closure on both sides of Wyoming Highway 22 for about two hours.
