— Paranormal Activity 4: In the latest sequel in the horror franchise, a creepy new neighbor is at the center of terrifying events. Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman star. Rated R.
— Alex Cross: Tyler Perry stars as author James Patterson’s titular character, a detective who’s after a serial killer named Picasso. Matthew Fox plays the villain. Rated PG-13. [Click here to read a review]
And opening in limited release:
— The Sessions: John Hawkes is a 38-year-old man confined to an iron lung who makes an effort to lose his virginity. Helen Hunt and William H. Macy also star in this drama. Rated R.
