People’s Choice Awards: Channing Tatum and More Get Early Nods

Stuart Wilson/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — The final nominees for the 39th annual People’s Choice Awards won’t be announced until Nov. 15, but the polls are now open for fans to vote for their favorites in the preliminary nominating rounds.
The actors on the list of early nominees for Favorite Movie Actor so far includes Channing Tatum, Ryan Reynolds, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Denzel Washington, while those mentioned in the category of Favorite Movie Actress includes Charlize Theron, Amy Adams, Emma Stone and Gabrielle Union.
Films competing to receive People’s Choice Award nods include The Hunger Games, Magic Mike, Argo and The Dark Knight Rises.
And fans better vote for their favorites now — none of these early nominees will advance to the final five unless fans vote them in.
The 2013 People’s Choice Awards will air live on CBS on Jan. 9.
