Pettersen Wins The HanaBank Championship

Chung Sung-Jun/Getty Images(INCHEON, South Korea) — Suzann Pettersen won the HanaBank Championship on Sunday, sinking a five-foot birdie putt on the third playoff hole to defeat Catriona Matthew.
The 31-year-old Pettersen took a seven stroke lead into the final round but shot a 2-over 74, opening the door for Matthew, who finished with a 5-under 67 forcing a playoff.
It’s Pettersen’s ninth career LPGA Tour title and her first win since capturing the Safeway Classic in August 2011.
