Six Injured in Crash Near Palisades

(BONNEVILLE COUNTY) – Six people were hospitalized following an accident along U.S. Hwy. 26 east of Palisades Reservoir Saturday night. Idaho State Police say 79-year-old Else Cody of Blackfoot was traveling west when she drifted off the roadway, overcorrected and crashed into an embankment. Cody and her passengers were all taken by ambulance to EIRMC. Police say all of the vehicle’s occupants were wearing seat belts.
