California Man Arrested on Drug Charges

AMERICAN FALLS – A California man was arrested on drug charges Thursday morning following a traffic stop along I-86 near American Falls.
Robert Wiuff, 52, of Sonoma, Calif., was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officials found 3.4 pounds of marijuana in the man’s car with an estimated street value of $12,000.
The incident was the fourth drug-related traffic stop on that stretch of road in three days.
