The 22-year-old Zeller underwent X-rays after the game, which were negative, but a CT scan done in San Francisco showed a non-displaced fracture of his left orbital cheekbone. Zeller is returning to Cleveland for further evaluation.

The Cavs drafted Zeller out of North Carolina with the 17th overall pick in this year’s NBA Draft.

He is averaging 7.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in four games this season.
