The website reports the 36-year-old actor was arrested outside the Vortex restaurant in Atlanta after bouncers there refused to let him enter because he was allegedly intoxicated.  According to police documents, a witness claimed Worthington allegedly pushed the doorman twice and the doorman responded by pepper spraying the actor.  He was then put in handcuffs by the doorman until police arrived.

According to TMZ, Worthington allegedly screamed during the incident, “I’m a DEA agent!  You f***ed up now!”

TMZ reports the case was thrown out on Monday after the complaining witness was a no-show in court.

Worthington is currently in Atlanta filming Ten, a film centered on an elite DEA task force, according to IMDB, where he stars alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terrence Howard and Joe Manganiello.
