Lindsay Lohan Arrested for Alleged Club Assault

ABC News(NEW YORK) — Lindsay Lohan was arrested Thursday morning for allegedly assaulting a woman during a dispute at a nightclub in the Chelsea section of New York City, according to ABC News affiliate WABC-TV.
The actress was charged with third degree assault following the 4:00 a.m. incident at Club Avenue and taken to a local police station, where she was processed.
Lohan was arrested in September following an incident at another Chelsea-area nightclub, located in the Dream Hotel. A pedestrian claimed Lohan struck him with her car in a parking lot, but prosecutors opted not to prosecute that case.
