Man Pleads Not Guilty to Lewd Conduct Charge

(BLACKFOOT) – A Menan man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of lewd conduct with a minor in Bingham County District Court.
Kade Mitchell Blackburn, 18, was allegedly involved in a relationship with a girl under the age of 16 in September, with an additional charge dating back to an incident in May.
Blackburn remains in the custody of the Bingham County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
