Each of the seven remaining couples will dance with an already-eliminated pro or a troupe dancer during the Latin Trio round.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani will team up with a male member of the dance troupe.

Rycroft explains her thought process to ABC News Radio: “Do I want to be dancing next to a female pro? Just to point out, you know, where I would be weak in this? So, I think we made the right decision.”

Kelly Monaco and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy are turning to Louis Van Amstel, who was partnered with Sabrina Bryan.

Why did they choose Van Amstel?  According to Val, “He’s the only gay man on the show, and was the only person I’d be comfortably sharing Kelly Monaco with.”

The couples will also perform to songs that pay homage to servicemen and women, in honor of Veterans Day.

Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars airs Monday on ABC at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
