(NEW YORK) — Remember that gold silk tuxedo that Beyonce wore in her “Love on Top” music video? Well, according to the New York Post, that shiny number will be up for grabs at the Park Avenue Garage sale happening in New York City’s Chelsea area this weekend.
Bey’s suit was donated to the charitable event by designer Douglas Hannant. The Post reports that Hannant handed over the tux after he sewed the sleeves back on. Apparently, Bey danced up such a storm that she tore the arms off the jacket.
The tuxedo will sell for $750, which is a steal, considering that the gold number was originally marked at $5,600. Other gently used or new items will be up for grabs at the A-list garage sale, and proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization New Yorkers for Children.
