Idaho Fugitive Arrested in North Dakota

(BISMARCK, N.D.) – Law enforcement authorities in North Dakota have arrested a northern Idaho man accused of kidnapping.
Mitchell Lee Walck, 57, allegedly pulled a gun on a driver at a Bismarck truck stop on Wednesday. He then fled to a nearby trailer park where officers found him hiding behind a tree.
Walck is accused of firing a gun at an Idaho State Police officer during a recent traffic stop, then kidnapping a 62-year-old Rathdrum woman.
The victim was released unharmed on Sunday.
