Lindsay Lohan’s Storage Locker to Be Auctioned

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — It’s not a good week for Lindsay Lohan. TMZ.com reports that she has fallen behind on payments to her storage facility and that now the contents will be auctioned off.
The 26-year-old actress reportedly owes $16,000 to the storage facility company. Because she’s behind on payments, the facility will auction off items, which reportedly include family heirlooms and designer clothes, along with perhaps some items she doesn’t want the public to see.
Lohan could avoid the auction block if the balance is paid in full. But the actress reportedly has trouble paying her $8,000 monthly rent on her Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion — not to mention the IRS reportedly seized her bank accounts due to unpaid taxes.
The New York Post reported that the IRS slapped two liens on the Mean Girls star for $140,203 and $93,701 for unpaid taxes in 2009 and 2010, and she also owes unpaid taxes for 2011.
According to TMZ, the New York City strip club Scores is offering to cover the costs of the locker if she acts as a video chat host for its website — a role that won’t require nudity.
On Wednesday, Lohan’s probation was revoked because she allegedly lied to police after a car accident in June.
