Otter Calls for Moment of Silence

  Published at

(BOISE) – Idaho Gov. Butch Otter is calling for a moment of silence to honor the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting.

Otter is acting on a request from Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy to observe a few minutes of silence at 9:30 on Friday morning.

Several other states are honoring Malloy’s request.

Otter says he wants Idahoans to reflect on the tragedy and pray for the families of those involved.
