Otter Calls for Moment of Silence
Published at(BOISE) – Idaho Gov. Butch Otter is calling for a moment of silence to honor the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting.
Otter is acting on a request from Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy to observe a few minutes of silence at 9:30 on Friday morning.
Several other states are honoring Malloy’s request.
Otter says he wants Idahoans to reflect on the tragedy and pray for the families of those involved.
