Trailer for Will and Jaden Smith’s Sci-fi Flick “After Earth” Released

Jun Sato/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — The trailer for After Earth, the sci-fi drama that stars Will Smith and his 14-year-old son Jaden, has just been released.
The film, from director M. Night Shyamalan, tells the story of a father and son who crash-land on a hostile Earth one thousand years into the future after devastating events forced mankind to flee the planet.
In the film, Will Smith’s character, a famous general, is dying and his son must journey alone to recover their rescue beacon. Will Smith previously shared the big screen with his son Jaden in The Pursuit of Happyness.
The film is scheduled for release in June, 2013.
