(OGDEN, Utah) – Six-year-old Emilie Parker was one of 27 people killed during the mass shooting in Newtown, Conn.

Emilie and her family had recently moved to New England from Utah, where her parents, Robbie and Alyssa Parker, had grown up.

Emilie’s grandfather, Randy Parker, an Ogden resident, told KSL that his granddaughter loved taking care of people and would “light up rooms” with friends and family.
