(ST. ANTHONY) – A St. Anthony work camp escapee has been found in southwestern Idaho.

Tarango Deforest Padilla, 39, was found in a Nampa home Saturday after fleeing the St. Anthony work camp in July. Officials said Padilla walked away from the minimum security work camp where he was serving out a 7-to 15-year sentence for grand theft in Twin Falls County.

Padilla allegedly stole a county-owned truck to escape.

He would have been eligible for parole in 2017.
