(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — National leaders for the Boy Scouts of America have announced that they will reconsider their policy banning openly gay scouts and leaders. The Grand Teton Council declined to comment on the proposed change, though scout leader Justin Murdoch of Idaho Falls said he wouldn’t support any changes to the current policy. Officials say they’ll discuss the measure, among several others, during the organization’s biannual meeting next month.
