Josh Brolin Arrested for Public Intoxication

Josh Brolin stars in Columbia Pictures’ MEN IN BLACK 3(NEW YORK) — Actor Josh Brolin has been arrested for public intoxication, TMZ reports.
Brolin was reportedly arrested shortly before midnight on New Year’s Day in Santa Monica. He was booked into jail at about 3 a.m. and released about 4 hours later, TMZ says.
Brolin was not cited for the arrest, which means a court appearance will not be necessary, according to TMZ.
