Report: Bills To Hire Marrone As New Head Coach
Published at(BUFFALO) — Syracuse’s Doug Marrone has agreed to become the new head coach of the Buffalo Bills, according to ESPN.
The 48-year-old Marrone has spent the past four seasons as head coach of the Orange, compiling a record of 25-25, including 11-17 in Big East conference play. During his tenure, he led Syracuse to a pair of bowl victories in the Pinstripe Bowl.
Marrone will replace the fired Chan Gailey, who went 16-32 in three seasons as Buffalo’s head coach.
