Snowboarder Hurt in Jackson Hole

(JACKSON, Wyo.) – A snowboarder suffered a serious head injury in a crash at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Sunday.

Officials say the man went off a cliff on Rendezvous Mountain and crashed into a rocky outcropping. Ski patrollers were on the scene within minutes and the man was rushed to a clinic in Teton Village.

He was later airlifted to EIRMC.

On Monday, the man’s mother told resort officials that her son was in stable condition.
