Blackfoot Man Faces DUI Charge

(BLACKFOOT, ID) — A Blackfoot man was charged with driving under the influence after he crashed into a mailbox in Moreland Tuesday. 26-year-old Jerry Tyler Hobson wasn’t injured in the crash along 700 West, though officials say he left the scene of the accident and failed to report the crash to police. Because it was Hobson’s third DUI offense, he has been charged with a felony. Hobson was released Wednesday on a $10,000 bond.
