Final “Twilight” Movie Wins Seven Razzies
(LOS ANGELES) — The fifth and final Twilight movie was named worst picture Saturday night at the 33rd Annual Razzie Awards, recognizing what it believes to be the least enjoyable films of the past year.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2, which entered the ceremony with 11 nominations, earned seven awards total. Kristen Stewart was given the prize for worst actress, and Taylor Lautner picked up the awards for worst supporting actor and worst screen couple, for his performance alongside 12-year-old Mackenzie Foy.
In addition, the entire Twilight cast took the worst screen ensemble category.
Adam Sandler, whose comedy Jack & Jill won 10 awards at the 2012 ceremony, received the title of worst actor for the second year in a row, this time for That’s My Boy.
Pop star Rihanna was named worst supporting actress for her role in Battleship.
The Razzie winners were announced in Los Angeles, on the eve of the Oscars.
