(REXBURG, ID)  — A Rexburg man was charged with battery over the weekend after a dispute about a snow-blower.  Authorities say 31-year-old Jonathon Cliff allegedly parked his vehicle on the sidewalk at the Village Apartments, making it difficult to clear the way with a snowblower. Police say the victim blew some snow onto Cliff’s vehicle, which prompted the dispute. Cliff reportedly attacked the victim with an ice scraper, hitting him in the head and groin. An investigation is ongoing.
