Man Indicted for Stealing ISU ATMs
Published at(POCATELLO, ID) — A Las Vegas man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for stealing from two ATMs on the Idaho State University campus. Fifty-seven-year-old Clarence Lancaster allegedly took $9,000 from ISU and an additional $40,000 from an ATM at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls. The two counts of felony bank larceny carry a sentence of up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The case is still under investigation by the FBI, as well as the Boise, Twin Falls, and Pocatello police departments.
